We ask that each guest/couple bring one dish to share. We will have a few vegan dishes prepared and, of course, dessert and wine. Please feel free to BYOB, too!
Times: 5PM Gentle Yoga, followed by Pot-Luck Dinner 6:30
Dress: Casual / comfortable
Yoga mats will be available for use, so don’t worry. But if you have one, please bring it. Hope to see you!
We’ve been busy scouting new locations for our 2018 Yoga Travel Retreat and have found an incredible location to share with our yogies. Lake Atitlán is a beautiful volcanic lake in the Western Highlands of Guatemala.
