Group Yoga & Meditation Classes

Your group practice at the small, private, neighborhood/community Yoga Warrior Studio, is a journey to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, wellness, and well-being. Using a mindful approach to yoga and meditation, and the life science of the Yoga Sutras, students learn mindful movement, aware breathing, emotional intelligence, and centering balance.

This intimate, attentive, small group instruction at The Yoga Warrior Studio allows for adjusting individual practices to best suit the unique needs of each student while enhancing their self-development and well-being.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are more nuanced than group classes. Using the panoply of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) tools, I help individuals uncover the conscious and unconscious choices they make (we always have/make a choice) that manifest in imbalance, incongruity, irritation, and agitation, and create anxiety, stress, and suffering in their lives.

Experience peace, harmony, and balance as a result of your customized mental, physical, and emotional restorative and therapeutic sessions. Our 1-to-1 private sessions are personalized using breathing, meditation, and yoga techniques that focus on diffusing stress and re-aligning and holistically/therapeutically healing mind, body, and spirit.
